Selling my 2005 15 HP Mercury short shaft outboard. I can send video of it running if you would like.

What it needs:

While running the carb drips fuel, I believe it needs a fuel pump kit

The water stream is getting pretty weak from a worn impeller

In gear it will get my 14ft boat to about 8-10mph then it will slip out of gear I have had the drive gear replaced but that did not fix the issue im not sure how to adjust the linkage but believe that could be part of it.
