Maytag Microwave. 1100 Watt. Cooks and reheats excellently. Boils 1 cup water in 90 seconds. Popcorn in 3-4 minutes. Defrosts. Power level heating. Clock, Food timer. Microwave is above range with blower for exhaust for oven/stove/microwave. Comes with bolts to mount from above, and mounting bracket for wall. Glass rotating carousel. Note: (Microwave Door handle lower connecting part is loose, but pull more from higher part of handle and works fine. Chose not to glue lower part but could be secured that way). Installation Manual included and Directions with directions also for heating inside door of Microwave. Back Mounting bracket and bolts for top mounting included.
Maytag Dishwasher. Rack for dishes very roomy, nice set up to do many dishes at one time. Silverware basket. (includes water line hose and drain hose, cloth noise insulation, lower cover below opening door and side cover by waterline hose and drain. Plug in 110 plug. Installation manual included. Screws/bolts included for installation. Plumber may be needed to install.
Maytag Appliances are known to last 30-35 years if lightly used which is the case. All appliances original to new ranch condo when built. Early 2002 appliances new to condo home. Light use with retired couples.
