Reclines with no issues, closes up with no issues. The power is to charge phones not for the recline.
Smoke free but pet friendly home, no rips or tears, does need a good vacuuming.
We took the backs off to get it out of the house and the box easily push right back on, but we left them off for ease of whoever wants to take them. This reclining loveseat is only a few years old, but we missed having a couch and our space isn't big enough for both.
We did the heavy lifting so you don't have to!
Lamp works just fine, just don't need it anymore.
