Parker no longer makes this style of trailer. When made, they were considered the best utility trailer because of there strength and durability. It is heavy duty and bullet proof. I've hauled #2,000 (boulders/concrete bags) with no problems...ever.
It is ALL STEEL constructed - including the hitch that is also welded into the tongue. You can never steal this trailer unless your lock was cut knowing the hitch is not removable. That is the issue with almost all other utility trailers - their hitches are installed with 2 bolts. Undo the bolts, install another hitch, then take the trailer.
The fenders are also heavy duty stamped steel and welded to the frame. Anyone can stand on them without damage. They are extremely strong and durable.
Looks are deceiving...the overall trailer is in very good condition and SOLID...only VERY MINIMAL paint/surface rust. Could use a repainting if someone wanted. I do not use it enough to spend the money making it pretty. It is primarily used for fall and spring clean up and every so often if I need to haul something that will not fit in the bed of my truck.
I've owned the trailer since 2004, buying it from the original owner.

*New Tires, complete wiring with dedicated ground wire, and LED lighting 2 years ago.
