5 mallets and balls. NO hoops. 1 stake and one mallet handle that has been used for a stake. I have seen 9 hoops on amazon for $10. The set looks like it has been stored outside, but the rubber on the mallet heads look almost new. I put all the pieces in the bag for travel.
