Table is in great shape, comes with 4 paddles and ~6 pucks. Blower is in great shape, playing surface is nearly perfect (a few weak, probably plugged holes in one narrow spot I never tried to fix because it's not too noticeable and I don't know how to unclog them). Plastic goal covers have some cracking (like that when I bought) but that helps with getting pucks freed up from the goals anyway.

Legs of table removable for transport, I can provide tools to disassemble. Current move plan is up out of the basement (split flight of stairs with landing and a 180 degree pivot) then out the front door. If you haven't moved air hockey tables before, they are pretty heavy -- have some muscle ready. Moving blanket to protect the playing surface during transport a wise idea.
Happy to add in black lights for a few extra bucks if interested.
