This is a Marquis EHT 530 in excellent condition and barely used. Last year I had 2 small leaks fixed in the front and installed a brand new heat pump and also purchased a new cover for it. This is a 5-6 person hot tub, 84" x 84" x 34". It features 30 powerful jets, runs 22 pumps at 290 GPM, and holds 350 gallons. It runs on a 220/240V circuit and it weighs 780 lbs empty and 3699 lbs. full. It features the Marquis Hydrokinetic hydrotherapy system and HK8 neck jets. It feathers serious lower body and foot therapy, stimulating thigh jets in the lounge, 2 "his & hers" lounges, a deep therapy seatand a super deep soak seat. Average cost to run this is about $14.32 per month for electricity. I always drained it for the entire spring/summer/fall and only ran it in the winter, so my experience has been a cost of about $20 per month since it was colder. I had to completely re-design my back yard, remove the patio, and replace the deck so I need to move this along. I will gladly share my main contact for moving the tub anywhere, installing, and any repairs you may ever need. He is fabulous! This hot tub has been on of the most wonderful things I have ever owned so it hurts to give it up but I have no choice. I will also pass along quite a few supplies, four filters, etc. I will also share where I got to have the water tested at no charge to always tell you if you need to make any adjustments with the chemicals. It is so inexpensive to keep super clean and operational!! This hot tub purchased new today would run about $15,000, as it is top of the line for hot tubs. BTW, the color is the light gray tub base with a charcoal gray insulated cover. This is ready for pick up in Elk River and if you provide me with your email address I can also email you a lot more detailed information about this Marquis spa tub.
UPDATE: I discovere a small leak on one of the corners. This apparently happened when we moved the hot tub to the front of my house. So I am dropping the price from $2000 down to $900. I have about $1000 into the new heat pump and the new cover and just want to get that. So you could buy this for just the parts, or you could go spend $500 or maybe a little more to have that leak fixed. But the $900 will cover the entire hot tub, steps, filters, etc. but you need to take it home with you. I was able to upload the photos of the heat pump, but can also email them to you upon request.
