Based on minimum hanging weight of
75 lb. @ $8/lb., plus processing
Expected hanging weight is 75-100 lb. (or more!)

Cut to order at Taylor Meats in Watertown! Bone-in leg, lamb chops, shanks, ground lamb, roasts, and steaks (sausage extra)
Take-home meat yield is approximately 75% of hanging weight
