like that. a single pin changes it to a lowered, standard position.
i cleaned the tire beads and pumped the tires to 25 psi, no leaks. they are
very good tires. i greased the axle and oiled the bearings in the swivel wheels.
it's load capacity is 600 lbs in the upright, and 4 wheel positions.
it's a very good cart, and i'm married to the price! kinda.
