Adopting Tortoises

All species and sizes of Tortoises are welcome.
No aquatic turtles. I do have a box turtle, so experienced with them as well.
I have experience with adults, juveniles, and hatchling Tortoises.
Willing to take on the larger species: Red Footed, and Sulcata Tortoises.
I have several large custom stacking Tortoise enclosures that are three separate levels. That can also be divided if needed. (Can send pictures upon request).
And I have a large yard privacy fenced for them in the spring and summer (when weather permits).
I’m an experienced Tortoise owner and I’ll gladly adopt your Tortoise. I have owned Tortoises for about 10 years now.
I’m also working permanently from home.
So I will have plenty of time, to dedicate to them. So they get attention and proper care.
I can come to you and pick up your Tortoise. Or meet you somewhere that’s convenient for you.
Willing to pay a reasonable, rehoming fee if needed.
Enclosures, and supplies, are not necessary.
As I have extra supplies, lighting and my custom enclosures/tables.
With the cold and very unpredictable Minnesota weather here. Or even in the summer months, just being very on the go, busy months, with lots of activities.
I know, some people don’t have the space, proper indoor enclosures, time, or even the finances of keeping constant fresh produce on hand. Or to properly keep them through the cold winter months.
Winter is coming. Please don’t just set them free.
They will not survive our cold winter months in the wild as they are not native to here…If you’re needing to rehome your tortoise. Please reach out to me first.
