Enclosed mobility scooter that was purchased by my father and he never used it. Still has plastic on seats. Excellent- new condition. Has heater and goes about 10-15 mph (my spouse and I drove it around the neighborhood). Has a backseat that i have sat in and rode- I am 5 foot 3 for reference.
