New snow tires in the rear (less than a mile on them)
New starter
New Idle Air Control Valve and wiring pigtail
Also replaced several sensors on the air intake

When I replaced the starter I messed with something on the air intake and as a result the car is stuck running in high idle. I’ve spent a bit of time throwing parts at it and nothing seems to help. No check engine lights are on in the dashboard. It just wants to run around 2000 RPM
