Post World War II, Cold War era East German LP1 flare signal pistol. Fully functional, in good used working condition with visible struck inspection & proof marks, serial number and model number. Proofs are Eagle over Crown over U with circle 4/vier (26.5mm/4 bore). Bakelite plastic grips/stocks are in excellent condition with lanyard ring on the butt.

I'm pricing this piece as a functional historic military collectable and artifact based on finished online auction prices I've found. If you're interested in purchasing I'm happy to discuss an offer to find a mutually agreeable price. The listed price is for the LP1 pistol only. I also have an unopened box of flares (pictured) still in the original wax paper, and and an open box of loose rounds available.
