See photos for details. Everything is included except 1 soft-tip dart. All of the "feathers" ARE included however. When I got it, there were corroded batteries in it. I removed them and cleaned the battery compartment and it worked. I did not hear any talking, but that is only on 2 games I see now. I have a brand new set of Halex soft tip darts available for $15. You can put the Homer and Bart "feathers" on the Halex, if you want more darts. ---
