1973 Royal Mint "Freedom Medals" Set - $3,250 (Albertville)

Each medal measures approximately 39–40 mm in diameter and is struck in one troy ounce of .925 solid sterling silver. The entire collection consists of brilliant, proof-like sterling silver pieces. All medals are housed in their original clear protective capsules and elegantly displayed in the official padded dark blue American Express leatherette case bearing the company’s logo.
Important note: Although some glare and reflections are visible in the photographs due to the protective capsules and lighting conditions, every medal in this set is solid .925 sterling silver with no base metal components.
Full 39-piece sets in this original American Express presentation are genuinely scarce on the secondary market.
