4 bikes. missing about 2 straps but they are not needed anyway. This is for a 1.25" hitch. You can buy a 1.25" to 2" hitch adaptor for about $30 if needed. Folds down to get bikes out of the way if you need to load your car or truck. Screw type hitch pin included. Safety strap included, not pictured.
