Car seat was used occasionally by grandchildren from out of state. Mostly, it has been in storage and now they have outgrown it! One top side pad as shown in picture is pushed in a bit. This is from storage and should not affect use of car seat. User guide is included with pictures for installment. It is quite heavy and cost over $300 when purchased.
