Yes it had a refrigerator fire and will need a lot of work but over 30k for a new one this size. It's still solid . The electric jacks work and they are not cheap. If it's not worth 900 bucks it can stay where it is . The majority of it can just be sealed and painted but the area around the fridge is tore up. I planned to finish it but it's not happening so time to go . Just in time to hunt out of if you don't mind the smoke smell
