Job Description
We are seeking an experienced jobsite foreman/supervisor to oversee residential and/or commercial remodeling and tile installation projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
Supervise installation crews on job sites
Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow
Ensure quality control and proper installation standards
Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions
Maintain safety standards and compliance
Track project progress and report updates
Requirements
3–5+ years experience in trades
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of tile materials, layouts, and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and project specs
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Would be great if you had a general contractor license
