Vintage Black and Decker model 7404 finish sander with original box and instructions. This sander has not been used in several years but when tested (plugged in) it worked perfectly. The foam pad is intact and has no tears or collapsed areas. I found several postings on Ebay with only one with the box and instructions listed for $24.95 and several of just the sander for $15. I know it is vintage because the original box indicates that it came from a "Coast To Coast" store and that brand basically disappeared in 1997 after several sales and mergers to become TruValue. There are also 2 postings on Craigslist of similar style and size sanders for $25 and this one works!!!
