Good condition, does have a little surface rust, which is normal.
Will hold a 8-3/4" tank and a 7-3/4" tank, normal medium size tanks or smaller.
Will not hold 9" or larger tanks.
43" tall to handle, 21" wide at the wheels, 12" from the front of the platform to the back of the wheel.
A new one at the welding supply will set you back about $165.00 plus tax.
