We are a fast-growing concrete construction company seeking a motivated and organized Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building client relationships and managing projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative / Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while overseeing projects through the entire lifecycle—from initial contact to final completion. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Manage projects from initial sale through completion
Coordinate scheduling, materials, and project timelines
Track and manage materials, job costs, and invoices
Provide ongoing customer support and communication throughout each project
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
Attend sales team meetings 1–2 times per week
Qualifications
Experience in sales, project management, or construction (concrete experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
