Looking for Office Space (Mora, Pine City, Cambridge)

Looking for cheap space to rent that can serve as office space. Ideally looking for 24/7 access but can work with a curfew.
Doesn't need to be big, but I prefer isolation and NOT INSIDE someone's private residence. As long as it can hold a table, chair, and I can close a door, I'm open to most offers.
- Prefer renting from women but I will rent from men within reason.
-Price range 100-200$ a month.
-I'll be using this office space for 3 months in total.
-MUST guarantee privacy. I don't want to share a room with someone or be interrupted constantly. Tolerating neighbors and noise is perfectly fine (I have headphones) but no direct human contact during study hours.
-I live in Mora MN and willing to travel up to 45 minutes to access this office space. Open to more than one potential city.
