I look for a room in the house. I would expect to pay around $500/month or more would be ok. The areas that I look for are the North metro, North West metro, North East metro and such, other parts of metro open to see too. I'm 60 years old native of Eastern Europe. If you go to "Skilled trade services" and write in the search box "Zell carpenter" you can see about my work. I owe car and truck for my self-employed trade and would need parking for them. I can park at street if is ok with city.
Good option would be if someone look for house or apartment we can join to rent together.
I'm a carpenter contractor. My behavior is of one person that works around people in their houses all time, decent, respectful. Work for home builders and for customers directly. I'm a decent guy, quiet, do not hold alcohol at home and do not drink it at home at all. Go to bars a few times per week. I have pickup and car. I can park them in the street if the city allows it otherwise there should be parking around the house. I work at my cars mostly, rarely give it to mechanic. But I do not resale cars, just maintain cars that I own. The pickup is f250 LD 99 and the car is Acura tl 08. They do not have much rust as I spray it every year with fluid film and Cosmoline. They are maintained so they do not leak any oil. I go to the gym once in a while and cook for myself. I cook at average once per week, stews and such and throw in freezer.
Would expect to live with some decent person(s) would say in age from 45 and up. Can be man or women. I'm straight. would expect from you to not be alcoholic and do not use drugs. Obviously, I do not say how anyone needs to behave just what kind of people I would go best along. If you interest we can try to flip some cars from auction as I know a few things about car mechanics but it is not necessary in any way. Bin born in socialism I do not have habit to visit churches but have respect for religious people.
My financial situation is going in the right direction at the moment. So, if we go well along, we can buy a lot and build duplex at it. I build, frame and trim, a few doses of houses, duplexes and buildings over the years.
