There is SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE, to the slide out ONLY. One side of the slide out, has SIGNIFICANT water damage to the floor and exterior floor. We also experienced interior water leaking from the roof of the slide out, but using Flex Seal Tape on the slide out roof, were able to stop the leaking. There is NO GUARANTEE, however, that the roof leaks are completely fixed on the slide out. We are still enjoying the use of this Rv, however, we do not want to make the repairs necessary for long-term use. Otherwise, a solid Rv. Sleeps up to 8. AC is only 5 years old and all Appliances all run great! This trailer has been very well cleaned inside and out as of Spring, 2025. Must be moved from existing lot located in East Bethel, MN. Tabs and title are current.
