5BR / 2Ba 1760ft2 available now
rent period: monthly
This is a unique rental opportunity. I moved out of state but come back for 10 days a year to tend the place. My friend still rents there and works full time in Plymouth. He keeps to himself mostly and pictures moving out with his friends. We are Catholics; the average random person is not going to match (e.g., drug use, fornication, and the like). I'm in no hurry so, if you're reading this, the post is active.

The lease starts at 4 months and converts to monthly beyond that. I don't rent rooms; whoever is on the lease splits the whole rent amongst them as they deem fair. Hence, they can use all available space and the vast garage. I will have at most three signatures on the lease (for comfort and security). Current renters can refuse potentials for any reason. (You may just want the place to yourself.) Parking up to three cars is fine, two in the garage and one in the driveway.

This post will find a Christian man or family, married couple(s), or a confident woman. You might appreciate low costs, flexible terms, and a modicum of community. My neighbors and I love the place, good folks on a beautiful river bank. I don't say the house is a co-op paradise, but it's what you bring. If you have drive, you'll earn credit for keeping the property in nice shape, because it's hard for me while away.

About rent and utilities. Your rent will be fixed in the lease, i.e., never subject to increase. Utilities are extra and split like rent, except that I pay at least 10 percent and keep them in my name. (Who does that?! I share a spreadsheet of my monthly bills with you.) To cover my cost, the total can vary by number of renters, which is spelled out in the lease. For example, 1600 for single-income unaccompanied up to 700 each for three single folks. I'm happy to discuss your situation though. Get in touch for any details you need, like pictures or video. Visits are welcome.
