1989 Buick Reatta V6 3800 172317 miles White Exterior, Maroon Interior. It turns over but won't start. I put a new fuel pump in the tank but still won't start. When you disconnect the wires at the fuel tank the fuse doesn't blow and there is 12 volts at the wire and as soon as you connect the wires and try to start the car the fuse blows and the car just turns over. The car ran and I drove it before and then one day it quit working. I have been working on it to try to get it to work BUT it won't start and I DISLOCATED MY SHOULDER AND I CAN'T WORK ON IT ANYMORE.
