The main purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to “WOW” our customers when handling customer questions and concerns, scheduling customer appointments and accepting payment for repair work. Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for additional office duties as demand dictates.
Be punctual, dependable, cooperative and able to take direction.
Have a pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic personality.
Accurately complete customer transactions when work is complete.
Coordinate appointments with customers.
Supplies amenities for the customer waiting area including the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of necessary inventories.
Keep work area and common areas clean, neat and free from personal effects.
Anticipate and assist all guests with any of their needs.
Have a working knowledge of necessary computer systems.
Cooperation with technicians and estimators.
Accurately receive cash, checks and credit card payment.
Other duties as business demands dictate.
Dress: This position has direct contact with customers. Dress should always portray a professional appearance. Business casual is acceptable as approved by management. No visually distracting jewelry, tattoos or odor.
Hours: Your hours will be set by the Shop Manager.
Skills: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance company. Must have ability to understand and use the internal computer system.
