We’re seeking a motivated **Office & Admin Assistant** to support our operations. This **hybrid role** starts with **2–3 days/week onsite training** in our office, transitioning to flexible remote work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Field client calls to schedule new and existing work orders with precision
- Assign in-house technicians via mobile app and Outlook calendar
- Coordinate with on-site managers and residents on arrival times and job details
- Close out service calls with quick satisfaction surveys
- Prepare and send invoices for completed jobs
