The position is defined as the person who manages the 'fulfillment of our promise'. Its about working with our clients managing and coordinating all facets of our order process from customer request to delivery for the order. We're a small company so the job requires addressing all areas for order flow. It requires communication with customers, vendors, delivery companies.
The skills needed for this position. Some technical and accounting/ knowledge is beneficial. Professional communication and organization skills are very important. Microsoft knowledge combined with some creative skills are a plus.
The position is part time, 2 to 4 days a week thus 10 to 20 hours weekly. Family friendly work hours, mostly middle of the day.
