The sound of this guitar is astonishing. This is because it is a guitar made by the best of Japanese guitar makers. It is a concert level guitar which I bought in 1991 for slightly over $1100. This guitar is manufactured in Japan and was special ordered at the time of purchase directly from Japan. The sound of this guitar is clean & crisp with huge projection. This guitar is best suited for classical and jazz guitarists. Aside from the surface blemish in the area of the golpe/pick-guard, there is absolutely no scratch or any damage in any other area of the guitar. The blemish can be covered by a pick-guard if desired (as shown in the picture, and the pick guard is not included).
This guitar is made in Japan and has a cedar top and rosewood back and side.
This guitar in used condition is sold over $1450 plus $100 shipping before tax. So buying this guitar will cost you around $1600 to $1700, see the picture from Reverb. Other listings are also around $1200 or more for this vintage made in Japan guitar.
The reason I am selling this guitar is because it is an instrument for someone with better hands and capability than me; because it is truly a concert level instrument.
Note that the surface blemish/damage is only on the very top surface. The depth of the blemish is about 1/10th of a millimeter if that. So the integrity of the wood and its structural strength is unaffected. Again this blemish area can easily be covered with a golpe guard.
