UPDATED: 1983 Yamaha Virago 920 (parts?) - $1,000 (Rogers)

This was acquired at an estate sale with a lot bid. The winning bidder did not want it so I'm listing it.
This bike starts and runs very nicely. (video available)
Asking price has a little wiggle room, but I'd really prefer a trade for either a good running 79-81 Honda CM400 or 450 for my wife -or- a Swisher 60" pull-behind mower.
This bike is in amazing condition with UNDER 6600 MILES! Front tire is new, the tank is clean (inside) and no dents, and the side covers are almost spotless. The seat is immaculate, engine and drive shaft look almost new.
CONS:
No title from the auction, just a bill of sale. It's very easy to get motorcycle title with a bill of sale.
COSMETIC: The rear blinkers are banged up. I think someone bumped it into a door jamb or something.
MECHANICAL: It needs an oil change, a rear tire, a battery and the front brakes need fluid and bleeding. Mainly there's a weird starter quirk that will need attention. It's a known issue with these bikes (easy Google)...plenty of info out there. About $100 in parts and a couple hours work, but I don't have the time or interest.
PLEASE NOTE: The bike is currently located up past Princeton a bit, right off 169. Keep that in mind when asking to meet up. I could trailer it somewhere closer to the metro or St Cloud for a serious buyer, but not free of charge.
