We’re looking for an CNC Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical to join our team and help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
As an CNC Maintenance Technician – Electro-Mechanical, you will:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Disassemble, service, and repair mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical components such as servomechanisms, monitors, scaling devices, and power supplies.
Use test instruments to diagnose issues, make adjustments, and replace parts as needed.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Read and interpret complex diagrams, drawings, and specifications involving electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Design and build custom circuits and control systems for specialized applications.
Plan and execute equipment moves or rearrangements safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and team members to optimize equipment performance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Trade school certificate or degree in a mechanical or electrical-related field (CNC emphasis preferred), or 2–5 years of hands-on CNC repair/maintenance experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong mechanical aptitude, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of algebra and trigonometry preferred.
Integrity, dependability, and accountability in all aspects of work.
Physical Requirements
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment.
Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.
Ability to reach, stretch, and maneuver to access equipment.
Work environment may have moderate noise and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles typical of manufacturing operations.
