Very fresh, top coat mixed just a few weeks ago. Forget the name of the color but it is gray, mixed to match the color of raw concrete. Medium sand finish.
Apply over styrofoam insulation. Leftovers from a foundation insulating job. Top notch quality material, worth $300+ retail. Kept dry and cool indoors.
