All scrap is cutting from 4' X 8' sheets and stored in climate controlled environment.
This is a cash only transaction.
The edges of each circle are left as is when they are CNC from the main board and will not be trimmed.
These are very strong polycarbonate plastic and will not shatter. Each piece is covered to eliminate scratches and marks.
Polycarbonate can be cut using jig saws,table saws,bands saws etc.
\Blades with the most possible teeth in them will make smoother cuts and using a fine grit sandpaper with an adhesive backing enabling it to be placed on a flat surface.
The prices vary from each dia size and is listed on the pictures.
