200+ sq ft of reclaimed flooring. it is engineered maple. plywood base, not the cheap composite stuff. Flooring is tongue and groove. Had been glued, not nailed down. Tongues should need minor cleaning to re-glue or nail if preferred. Various lengths. I've had this flooring a while and had planned to use in a cabin project but have never gotten to it. time to give up unfortunately. Flooring does not need to be refinished. Surface is very good. This can be sanded in the future if needed. If you are looking for maple, you know how insanely expensive this stuff is. Chance to save some money with a little extra work,
Planks are about 5/8" thick and the maple layer about 5/16
