We have a large land parcel where we live. About 3 acres of it is what we use and the rest we haven't done much.
We used to have someone doing the mowing, weed whacking, prunning/cutting down tree branches etc. as needed up until last year.
We are seeking someone local (within 15-20 min from North Branch), who can do the same. And preferably, have their own lawn mower, and tools.....we have our own riding mower and tools. However, we have had them damaged by others while using them in the past and thus the husband prefers you bring your own.
We are NOT seeking a landscaping company as we can't afford to pay their rate. We are seeking someone who has done this for their own house/property perhaps for years and can treat our property as the same and do a good job:-)

We can pay you $25/-$30/hr depending on your experience, and quality of work. And in CASH, at the end of the work completion.
