Landscape Formen and Crewmembers Wanted (Coon Rapids / Anoka Area) (Coon Rapids)
compensation:
$20–$30/hour depending on experience

Job Duties:
Oversee crew members and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Manage daily crew tasks (Softscape, hardscaping, etc.)
Communicate with clients on project progress and needs
Ensure safety protocols are followed on every job site
Assist with planning, estimating, and ordering materials
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)
3+ years of proven landscape experience
Ability to motivate and train crew members
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
Experience with equipment operation
Ability to drive a truck and trailer (CDL preferred)
Pay:
$20–$30/hour depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time & part time available, Monday–Friday
Year round work available
