Four unit apartment building in Columbia Heights has accumulated wires for Internet, TV, DirectTV, etc. over the years.

It's getting out of hand and I'd like to address with this gig posting.

The pictures attached are just 1 corner of the building. Another corner of the building has 5 more separate lines. I can send more pics or videos if helpful.

I want to hire someone to clean all this up including:

1. Remove any exterior wiring not in use in any of the 4 apartments.

2. For wires in use, consolidate wire runs in corner of soffit and exterior walls instead of running along the side of the building (See pictures)

3. Contact Xfinity, DirectTV, etc. and delegate to them if you can/ have to or tell me what I need to do to contact them and delegate. I want to remove from street pole running to the building wherever possible.
