Now Hiring: Full-time Maintenance Technician
Location: Park of Four Seasons - Blaine, MN
Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience) salary plus 5% quarterly bonus and 20% housing discount
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for grounds keeping, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities, to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, grounds, and building systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Inspect facilities and identify potential safety or operational concerns
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
Respond to after hour emergency calls as needed
Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred
2+ years of maintenance experience (industrial, manufacturing, apartment, or commercial setting a plus)
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and work orders
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
