Hi, my names Cheng and I would like to clean your gutters. I have all of the proper harnesses and equipment to clean your gutters in a safe and timely matter. Im very friendly and efficient also.

I charge $100 flat rate for a 1 story/rambler home and $150 for a 2 story home/split entry 3 level. If your home has an exposed upstairs or is a split entry, its considered a 2 story+ and I would have to charge it as a 2 story because of the risk factor.

Thats less than half of what others charge. Other people will charge a minimum of $400 after upcharging for extra services. The last guy I did, they tried charging $428 for a 1 story rambler and over $650 on a 2 story.

This service includes cleaning your gutters and also using my blower to clear your roof off from any leaves and loose debris.

I take before and after pictures to prove my work.

For now I am not removing/installing/reinstalling gutter guards.

Cash only for now. Preferred locations within 30 miles from Coon Rapids but can travel anywhere within the metro.
