Used but still in excellent condition 12 inch tall desk fan. There are three (3) fan speed settings and oscillating feature can be shut off if not desired. It has been in storage for a while and could probably use a general cleaning but it has been tested and all speeds and functions work perfectly. Just the right size to create air movement in a cubical or small work area. This is model 10190B and it is black in color. Home Depot sells one that looks like its twin on sale right now for $15.03.
