Litely used Presto model 0297001 Professional salad shooter. This is just like the normal kitchen slicer/shredder with an oversized cutter, housing, and plunger. The plunger has a removable section to allow feeding in long items like carrots or celery. I only have a shredder cutter and not a slicer blade. The person I got it from said it didn't work but he was not aware of the cutoff switch if the feed housing is not in the lock position (a safety feature to prevent injuries and damages). It works perfectly when it is in the proper position. I have found several postings on Ebay of this model with one listing of the complete unit with the original box and 2 cutters for $45.00, another of the plunger only for $6.99, another for the cutter housing for $3.99 and another for the slicer cutter for $9.99.
