Our Charcuterie Boards are made right here in rural Harris, Minnesota from reclaimed timber felled and cut on our sawmill and crafted in our workshop using a combination of power and hand tools. The wood for these boards was sourced from the base of a very large boxelder tree felled at the place I grew up on.
Each board comes with a complimentary jar of Beeswax Board Butter.
Boards may be customized with the addition of a laser engraved name or family name starting at $12.00.

Solid, natural wood items are great to have. We recommend periodically applying the beeswax board butter or an occasional light application of food contact safe cutting board oil. Apply a light coat using a circular buffing motion and wipe off the excess with a paper towel after about an 10 to 20 minutes. If the surface of the board becomes rough, a light sanding with high quality 320 grit sandpaper is recommended prior to re-oiling and waxing.
VERY IMPORTANT! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER submerge in water or place in the dishwasher.
If it is necessary to wash your board, use lightly dampened rag with warm soapy water and towel DRY IMMEDIATELY before allowing to air dry thoroughly. It is recommended to apply the beeswax board butter or cutting board oil once the board is dry.
It is highly recommended you do NOT use this board as a cutting surface. Boxelder as a wood species does not have the necessary hardness to be used as a cutting board.
