Used but still in excellent condition velcro fastened back brace/support and loose 10 inch wide by 16 1/2-inch tall, curved back plate to hold the spine in alignment. I wore this after I had back surgery to stabilize my back until the bones and rods healed sufficiently. The belt has 4 built in plastic stabilizer bars and 2 velcro straps to hold the bars in place with pressure against the back to hold everything in place. The belt in its' maximum length is 40 inches long and 10 inches tall at the highest point. The main stabilizer bars are 9 inches long. A plus when posture during healing or normal activities is in need of a positive hold in position. These usually sell at hospitals for $450 and I have found several on EBAY for $285. The tag indicates that this is a size 3. There is also a light Woman's small hospital shoe with velcro straps, semi rigid upper, and non-slip sole that is included in the $39 price. The brace is in the original box that looks like new
