I found this unopened cutoff switch under a paper cutter I purchased at an auction. I really wanted the paper cutter and did not take it out of the tub it was in until after I got home. The label says it is a cut off switch for electic fence. I looked on line and they were designed for multiple wire electric fences and allows you to disconnect the power from the lowest wire for times when the grass or snow piles up enough to cover the wire and make it unusable by shorting it and the rest of the fence to make it inoperable. I found a Tractor Supply ad listing it for $16.99 and another ad for a private party for $8.99. Hopefully someone can use it because I have no pets, livestock, or feisty children that I would need it for.
