Basket capacity is 2.7 quart. 1425 watt. 30 minute timer.
This would be a good appliance to have "up at the cabin" or to bring on vacation to a VRBO.
I used this primarily for french fries, baked potato and on rare occasion, a quarter dark chicken, all of which were delicious.
