Used Sony model MHC-EC69i music system with 2 stand alone model SS-EC69i speakers and MHC-EC69i tower. A friend of mine gave it to me when he was moving out of state and he said that it originally had a remote but that is MIA. It has a single CD player, DGX bass control, and it gives out sound 100 watts of power with an Ipod/mp3 connection to the speakers and system. My research indicates that this is called a shelf Hi-Fi system. I found a used one on Ebay with the remote selling for $130 and several listings of the speakers alone selling for $55. I know the FM worked because that is what I used it for, but there is an issue with the on/off button. It worked before and now it does not. This should really belong to someone who can take care of the switch issue and appreciate everything the system can do. The speakers are each 12 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 7 inches deep and they worked perfectly before the main unit went on the blink and the main unit is 12 by 12 by 9. I think the speakers alone are worth the $27 asking price, but I am a bit swayed by them being mine.
