This is a Canadian market, Japan-made, 2023 Crosstrek Sport 6-Speed in pure red. It is essentially equivalent to a fully loaded U.S. market Crosstrek limited plus the added moonroof package, manual transmission and HEATED steering wheel!! I imported it in April 2023 right off the showroom floor.
In addition to all the standard Crosstrek features, here is a list of features it has that are not available on manual-transmission U.S. market Crosstreks:
• Split rear seat with fold-down center armrest and cup holders
• Aluminum pedals
• Subaru Rear Seat Alert
• Subaru Starlink 8.0-inch Multimedia Plus with SiriusXM radio with ApplePlay and Android Auto
• Sport instrument cluster
• Customizable multi-function vehicle information display
• Proximity keyless entry and locking
• Push-button start
• Leather wrapped HEATED steering wheel (not an option on any U.S. trim level)
• 6-way power adjustable seat
• Sunroof
• Blind spot monitoring
• Rear cross traffic alert
• Adaptive LED headlight
• Steering responsive headlights (they turn with steering direction for better visibility around turns)
The car is still under Subaru’s 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty.
The car has just over 34K miles. maintenance/service performed so far:
• 500 miles - Oil change
• 1,500 miles - Oil change
• 3,000 miles - Oil change
• 5,000 miles - Oil change
• 10,000 miles - Oil change, tire rotation
• 15,000 miles - Oil change
• 20,000 miles - Oil change, tire rotation
• 25,000 miles - Oil change, differential/transmission fluid change.
• 30,000 miles - Oil change, tire rotation, air filter.
Accessories I’ve added are:
• Full TuxMat set
• Subaru roof rack crossbars
• Subaru rear seat back covers
• Subaru all-weather rear cargo tray
• Fumoto valve (makes oil changes a breeze)
• SubiBros front bumper plugs
The underbody was covered with fluid film before the car ever went on the road. Fluid film has been reapplied before each winter season.
No accidents or damage. Clean Minnesota title. I love this car but need something bigger.
