I have a 1999 Windstar SEL with 162K. The body and interior are excellent, leather seats, good tires. One owner, no accidents, always heated garaged, located in Chisago City. It began having an issue starting. Turns over but doesn't fire up. I've been told it might just be a fuel pump issue. Before I work with a mechanic to look into the repair let me know of interest. It's a highly desirable vehicle with enduring value. Offers around 3,500 if I get it fixed. 1,800 as-is.
